Trade Show Booth Designs That Help You Stand Out

At Blazing Visuals in Point Pleasant NJ, we have a lot of experience helping customers design their Trade Show Booth strategies.  Here are a few things to keep in mind:

    1. Use eye-catching, easy-to-understand copy to attract the right booth traffic.  State clearly what your brand and product is about, so the people who enter your booth are those who are actually interested in what you are selling.
    2. Keep it simple. Choose one thing that attendees should remember about you, whether it’s the launch of a new product, or have a solution to a problem.
    3. If you have a small to mid-sized booth, be sure to use your back wall as the focal point and to convey the one thing you want them to remember. Larger booths have more space to communicate messages.
    4. Don’t use too many images in your booth. Think of your booth like a billboard: an impactful image with simple, strategic copy will work better than a montage of lots of images.
    5. Use simple, easy-to-read sans serif fonts. And don’t use more than 2-3 fonts at the same time.  Make it large enough to be read easily.
    6. Don’t clutter your Trade Show Booth. It should be 40% empty space, so your messaging is clear, easy to read and easy to remember.
    7. Position your graphics so they can been seen on three different levels: long-range, medium-range and short-range. Long range should be placed as high as standards allow, medium range should be eye level and short range should be 5-6 feet above the floor.
